Increasing accessibility to public services for rural population. Liberty Bank service delivery vehicles, the so called “Express Community Centres” will ensure access to more than 200 key public and private services for the local population.
Main components of the project
In total 71 Express Community Centres will be operational throughout the country rendering more than 200 key public and private services to the rural population through the application of e-services and innovative public-private arrangements to the best interest of the citizens at large. It should be hereby emphasized that the present action demonstrates the value of public-private partnership as a way of introducing private sector technology and innovation in providing better public services through improved operational efficiency and with an eye on streamlined service delivery.
