A civil acts registration body establishes the following legal facts:
- Birth of a person at a certain time and in a certain circumstance;
- Death of a person at a certain time and in a certain circumstance;
- Registration of birth;
- Registration of death.
An application may be submitted to any territorial office of the Public Service Development Agency or Public Service Hall.
A decision on the establishment or refusal to establish a legal fact shall be taken within one month after the submission of application.
The civil acts registration body may extend the term of review of application for an additional period of one month if it needs to establish the circumstances that are important for the consideration of the issue.
The establishment of legal facts is free.
