Approximately 300 representatives from governmental agencies have undergone training as part of a strategy for the development of public services

The Public Service Development Agency, in collaboration with local and international experts, has developed training modules on the establishment, provision, quality assurance and evaluation of public services as outlined in the strategy for the development of public services. Approximately 300 representatives from various governmental agencies that provide public services were trained on these topics.

As part of the ongoing public administration reforms in Georgia, a unified strategy for the development of public services for the period 2022–2025 has been for the first time developed and further approved by the government. As a result of these reforms, the provision of public services is expected to become even more efficient and accessible to customers. The Public Service Development Agency of the Ministry of Justice is responsible for developing a standard for simplified service provision.

The trainings were conducted within the framework of the project “Promoting Public Administration Reform through Improved Provision of Public Services in Georgia, Phase II”, which is supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Government of the United Kingdom. It is worth noting that training modules on the development, provision, quality assurance and evaluation of public services are offered at the Justice Training Center and are available to everyone.
