The Chairperson of the Public Service Development Agency Rusudan Kokhodze held a working meeting with the heads of the territorial offices of the Civil Registry Department. The meeting addressed the reviewing of ongoing activities and discussing the aspects of further improvement of quality of services.
The main activities of the territorial offices of the Civil Registry Department include registration of citizens at their address, issuing identity documents, registration of vital records such as birth, marriage, filiation, adoption, divorce, given name and/or surname change, and death records, establishment of facts of legal significance, issuance of various certificates within their scope of competence, etc. During the working meeting, Rusudan Kokhodze expressed her full support to the heads of the territorial offices in implementation of the necessary measures to ensure the effective performance of their activities
