Digital identity service introduced within the project was developed based on design thinking approaches and customers co-creation`, further enhancing access to different services by electronic identity (residence) card. Highly reliable, efficient and comfortable mechanism was introduced enabling an individual to share information remotely to get different private or public services and an organization – to immediately receive requisite information for identification of a person from a reliable source, significantly saving time and financial resources.
