Public Service Development Agency Conducts Training on Customer Satisfaction Surveys for Representatives of Public Agencies.

The Analytical Service of the Public Service Development Agency of the Ministry of Justice shared its experience regarding the implementation of customer satisfaction surveys with representatives of 16 public agencies.

Training participants familiarized themselves with the results, methods, models, and instruments of the customer satisfaction survey conducted at the Public Service Development Agency, as well as the challenges faced during the research process and ways to address them. Furthermore, they received detailed information on the unified approaches and principles necessary for implementing the survey.

The training was conducted to facilitate the execution of the “Public Service Development Strategy 2022-2025,” which was developed within the framework of the Public Administration Reform. The strategy envisages the introduction of new, unified approaches in the creation, delivery, pricing, and quality assurance of public services. This, in turn, includes a unified system of organizational self-assessment and customer satisfaction surveys. The Public Service Development Agency represents the coordinating body for the implementation of the service delivery component of the Public Administration Reform (PAR) in the country. The Agency will continue to cooperate with public agencies and provide individual consultations in the future to support the implementation of the public service delivery strategy within the framework of the Public Administration Reform.
