As part of the implementation of the public services development strategy for the period 2022–2025, representatives from the Public Service Development Agency of the Ministry of Justice conducted informative and interactive sessions with students from various higher education institutions in Tbilisi and other regions.
The meetings held at the universities were aimed at raising students’ awareness of the component of providing public services of the current public administration reform, which aims to improve public services and enhance access to them for citizens.
Representatives from the Research and Project Development Service presented to students information about the Agency’s operations and the major areas of provision of public services, which include the design, provision of services and customer satisfaction surveys.
As part of the meetings, students completed a special questionnaire.
