The Public Service Development Agency of the Ministry of Justice once again successfully passed the audit this year confirming that its qualified trust services – qualified electronic signature, qualifies electronic stamp and qualified time-stamping fully comply with the requirements of the EU regulations.
The audit was conducted by QSCert – an independent conformity assessment body (CAB) accredited by the European Commission, and the PSDA was awarded the certificates of conformity.
The PSDA remains the only institution within the region whose operations are fully compliant with the EU’s eIDAS Regulation and the standards of European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
