The Public Service Development Agency, in line with the implementation of its strategy for public services development for the period 2022 to 2025, hosted a regular interdepartmental meeting to discuss the creation of a service catalogue and the development of an action plan for evaluation and implementation.
The meeting was attended by representatives from government agencies providing relevant services. The parties discussed and agreed on the specifics of their cooperation in order to develop an action plan for the provision of these services.
It should be noted that the Public Service Development Agency organizes monthly meetings with representatives from relevant institutions providing services to discuss and coordinate the implementation of a strategy for public services development for the period 2022 to 2025. In addition, the Agency provides individual consultancy to various institutions regarding the development and evaluation of service catalogues at their request. Interdepartmental meetings will take place again as part of the implementation of the government-approved strategy for public services development for the period 2022 to 2025.
