Community center development project in regions rendered public and private services accessible to rural population through “single window” principle. Citizens in villages enjoy all public services offered by the Public Service Halls in large cities in modern and comfortable environment. The Community center is also equipped with modern infrastructure and state of the art technology. Also \ free internet, computers, videoconference equipment and modern electronic library became accessible to citizens in villages.
