The Chairperson of the Public Service Development Agency of the Ministry of Justice, Ms. Rusudan Kokhodze, together with her deputies, convened a working meeting with the Agency’s senior management to review the results of the past year and discuss planned initiatives.
Ms. Kokhodze presented an overview of the Agency’s performance over the last year and expressed her appreciation to staff for their dedication and contributions. She also addressed existing challenges and outlined strategic approaches for their resolution. In addition, the Chairperson introduced planned initiatives aimed at improving the Agency’s organizational structure and implementing a staff evaluation system to further improve institutional efficiency.
During the meeting, the Chairperson received detailed information from the heads of territorial offices regarding ongoing activities, current needs, and future plans.
